ATV Rollover Danger and Personal Injury

As many of my regular readers know, I'm a law graduate. Although I chose not to pursue a career in law, I still have a keen interest in legal matters, especially those involving consumer rights and personal injury law. My attention was recently drawn to the high number of accidents occurring in the United States, involving all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). Hundreds of people are killed or injured every year, including many children, as a result of ATVs rolling over whilst being driven.

Many American legal experts single out a particular ATV, the Yamaha Rhino, as being especially dangerous. They insist that this particular ATV has a tendency to roll over, even on flat ground or when being driven at a low speed. Yamaha disputes this, insisting that drivers are to blame for the accidents. However, it is claimed that the Rhino has a higher centre of gravity than a typical ATV, making it more inclined to roll over. Yamaha, in response to such accusations, has made doors and handholds available for all models of Rhino manufactured between 2004-2007, free of charge.

Have you been the victim of a Yamaha Rhino Rollover? If so, you have legal rights, and may be eligible for compensation in lieu of any personal injuries received, and any pecuniary losses incurred as a result of any such injury. If you have been injured in this way, just click the preceding link, and fill out a simple form to see if you qualify. Don't lose out on your legal rights.
