I'm having no luck finding a new walking partner at the moment, so it looks like I'll have to wait until the New Year, when the poor Christmas puppies get turfed out into the cold. It's strange how I only had Alfie in my life for about three and a half months, yet his passing has left a huge empty space.
However long I have to wait for the right doggy to come along - I do NOT want something that looks like this. Is it from this planet? :)

No, you most certainly do not want one like that.
I think that beast is from hell! Looks like a pitbull or mastiff, or something equally scary. I think I'd prefer a Shih Tzu or something - anything, apart from that thing.
