Friday's Feast

Appetizer

What was your favorite cartoon when you were a child?

Marine Boy.

Soup

Pretend you are about to get a new pet. Which animal would you pick, and what would you name it?

A Cavalier King Charles spaniel (the only dogs that don't terrify me). What name? If it was a girl, Lily or Poppy, a boy, Charlie or Paddy. Or maybe something totally different. It's hard to think of a pet's name in advance, as I usually name them according to their personalities.

Salad

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how much do you enjoy getting all dressed up for a special occasion?

Er - how about minus 10? I HATE getting dressed up. I always like to be neat, clean and presentable, but I also like to keep things simple and practical.

Main Course

What kind of music do you listen to while you drive?

I don't drive.

Dessert

When was the last time you bought a clock? And in which room did you put it?

I honestly don't remember. I only own one clock, and that was bought for me as a gift a few years ago. It's in my bedroom, with the battery removed, as the ticking drove me nuts. I prefer to tell the time by things like my PC, VCR clock or phone display.

We have the same salad; and you and my wife would get along famously with the driving thing; although here in Texas it's almost an impossibility.

Come dine with us -- all the desserts you can stand.

Enjoyed your feast. :) This is my first visit to your blog, but will be coming back to read more of your other entries. For the driving bit, is it that you don't like to drive, or just live where public transportation makes it unnecessary? :)

I have some clocks without the batteries too. The same reason...the ticking drove me nuts.

Feel welcome to visit my feast at:

I'm with you on the salad... I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal!

How do you wake up without a clock?

Nice feast! Please join mine if you can!
