Imagine you're working in the tourism department of your local council. You're given the task of designing a booklet to promote a local attraction. What do you do? You'd probably begin by drafting out some enticing text describing the attraction's best features. To really draw the crowds, you would include some images showing the attraction in its best light, yes? Unless you're Mid Suffolk Council, that is.
This English local authority issued a booklet extolling the virtues of Thornton Walks, a series of public footpaths which run through the scenic Thornton Estate near Eye, in Suffolk. Here's the front cover of the booklet. Look at the little girl in the middle of the image, wearing a yellow hat. What is she doing?
Yep. She's picking her nose. After complaints by council members, who believe the image doesn't show the attraction in its best light, the booklet will be withdrawn and replaced. I bet that poor kid will be haunted, in years to come, by that unfortunate image, especially if she ever becomes famous.

I can't believe nobody spotted it when they were putting the booklet together. I bet someone did and decided it would be funny to say nothing.
That's priceless! Trust kiddies to do something!
I reckon someone must have been aware of the nose-picker, too, Mike. Dragonstar - what is it they say about never working with kids or animals?
