That Friday Feline

Come here every Friday and get "That Friday Feline", which kicks off with a very sleepy little Persian kitten.

Now, here's a puzzle for you. One of these cats is a mega-expensive, pedigree Chartreuse. The other is my Leo, of uncertain parentage. Which one is which?

I know what you mean. Mimi's got the blue fur and the amber eyes too... Sadly with her cerebellar hypoplasia nobody would pay a fortune for her. Still we think she's priceless!

It's all happening over here, isn't, Sian. Explosive activity - even I seem to be widening my horizons.
Leo is obviously a superior animal which may account for his temperament - you don't genuflect enough. As if feeding is not enough.

Exactly what is cerebellar hypoplasia again, Shaunie? I know you've explained it to me before, but my memory's not what it used to be!

Aileni, that cat of mine should consider himself grateful he has a home at all, given his behaviour. And the amount he eats. A meal for him is a Felix pouch, two big handfuls of biscuits and a small handful of catnip drops. And woe betide should I run out of catnip drops - he'll sit for hours beneath the cupboard I keep them in, squeaking and yodelling.

Anyone want a cat?

Conor loved that sleeping kitten video - keep 'em coming fast and furious.

It's a congenital neurological disorder. She has poor balance, underdeveloped hind legs, and a slight head tremor. She can't junmp, she toddles rather than walks and she does not remember things like where to go to the toilet.

That said she is a happy and very affectionate little cat. Someone suggested we had her put to sleep. the not wife nearly hit him!

Chris - tell Conor to watch out for a special surprise next Friday.

Thanks for the reminder, Shaunie. Bless her. Shirl should have hit that fool. Mimi's happy and clearly enjoying life. She's not in any pain, and I know you two spoil her rotten, so disability or not, she's a lot better off than many kids in this world. I've had people tell me the same thing about Liberty, but she's happy, eats well, and has crazy moments where she races around playing like a kitten, even though she's 14 now.
