These pics, for this week's 
photohunt may not be the best technically, but they record an enjoyable and spontaneous moment of my life. I attended a local cultural festival, and bumped into my friend, Melinda, who was performing there with her Welsh folk band. Afterwards, we convened outside the Dylan Thomas Centre, where we purchased drinks and snacks from the cafe. My friend and her band had all their instruments with them, so they decided to perform a few numbers, for their own entertainment. Melinda is the lady with the guitar.
Shortly afterwards, another band came along, a group of shanty singers [the guys in green]. The two bands then performed a few numbers together. Everyone knew each other from the local music scene.
Like I said, not the best pics, technically. I had a very basic camera at the time, and very little photographic experience. But they do hold special memories. And of course - they fit this week's theme.
