Gower book query

Has anyone read Old Gower Farmhouses and Their Families by Bernard Morris? I've come across the title on Amazon, but it's £26.94. I'm reluctant to launch out such a huge sum on any single book, yet alone one I've not read any reviews of. Its title sounds very interesting, though, so I might try to hunt it down via one of the local libraries, or the University library, if all else fails.
