Long time no blog!

I'm surprised to see that I haven't posted here for five days. I've been busy trying to design and launch another paranormal site, whilst also working on a UFO-themed newsletter/magazine, which I hope to make available for free download on December 1st. I've also got the dreaded knitting needles out again, this time making furry cushion covers. I've got plans to make some rugs and throws, as well as some lacy curtains for the kitchen. So, I've been researching and designing, too. So if you don't see as much of me around here as usual - don't worry.

The cats and dog are going crazy at the moment. I'm simmering a ham hock on the stove, ready to make a nice soup and a few other hammy bits. Even though they've all had a hearty breakfast, the animals are all marching around, sniffing the air and saying 'gimme ham'. Leo's the most vocal, which is odd - he doesn't even like ham. I've had to cover the quick-soak dried peas I'm soaking, because I caught the little devil up on the worktop, about to dip a paw into the bowl to scoop out some peas. I'm convinced that cat is possessed!
