This week's
PhotoHunt theme is Flexible. So I've gathered together a handful of pics of creatures with flexible necks. The first three pics show an absolutely beautiful pony I encountered at Rhossili Bay on the Gower Peninsula, which is a few miles away from where I live, in Wales. This beautiful creature reminded me of a unicorn or a Pegasus. There was something very mystical and mythical about her.
As you can see, she was a graceful little pony, with a very flexible neck.
Unfortunately, I didn't own a very good camera at the time, but even my old 2.2 MP Kodak couldn't hide how beautiful this pony was.
The next two pics show some Swans I encountered along the banks of the River Tawe [pronounced Ta-Weh], a couple of miles from my home. I used my current camera for these shots.
These swans are so flexible, I'm sure they could tie their necks into knots if they wanted to.
