I've been struggling to write a novel for a while now. To be honest, I've done nothing with it for many months. I just can't seem to find the motivation or inspiration. But I've written nine chapters of it so far, and it seems such a shame to chuck it all away. To try and get myself back into the swing of it, I've decided to follow Chris's example. So I'm blogging it. It's provisionally titled Devil's Nemesis, and you can find it here. It's a private blog, so if you would like access to it, please let me know, either here or by email. I've taken the liberty of inviting one or two people already. Feel free to comment on it, but don't feel that you're obliged to do so.

Hello Sian,
Good luck with the novel - this from a fellow traveller. Response regarding one's writing is a great boost to the morale but seems hard to come by.
If you are willing, I'd like to see it.
Aileni.
Thanks Aileni. I've sent you an invite. It's crime fiction, BTW, and rather gritty in its subject matter. It's just the first nine chapters, as I haven't got any further with it yet. I know it needs work, but that's always the way with any early draft.
Thanks, Siani - I'll get back to you.
Any chance I could be privileged enough to get to read it? I lived on the Gurnos Estate in Merthyr before I came to Swansea, so I know all about crime!
Thanks for the invite Sian - really looking forward to reading the novel.
Do you have a Google email address, Jeremy? If so, mail it to me at historyblogatntlworld.com, and I'll send you an invite. I think I can only issue an invite to someone with a Google mail address. If you don't have a Gmail account, I can send you a Gmail invite to your regular email address.
I am up to Ch.3 and enjoying. I will have to email you in greater detail because Blogger keeps redirecting even the Comment panel. I'll leave it until tomorrow now.
Glad to be of help. Just read the next three chapters. Going well. Get back to you tomorrow now.
