Does anyone here have any spare cash? No, don't worry, I'm not after a loan. Rhossili Boathouse is up for grabs. "Where the heck is that?" I hear you ask. Well, it's this place.
I have NEVER heard it called Rhossili Boathouse before. Most people refer to it as something like the old tin shack at Kitchen Corner. But according to Rowland Jones and Partners, the estate agent handling the sale, that's what it's called. Judging by the pic on their site, the place has had a cosmetic touch-up lately. Either that, or the pic has had a touch-up.
If you click on the "full details" link, you'll get a PDF file with some pics of the interior, and immediate exterior of the construction. But beware - for some reason, this particular PDF file guzzles up all the available RAM on my laptop, and causes 100% CPU usage, so view at your peril. If you have lots of RAM on your PC, you may be alright. But don't be surprised if the file uses between 250-350 MB of RAM within seconds of opening it, and continues to guzzle up memory as you read. It's not worth reading after the pics and the basic property details - the rest is legal documentation. Unless, of course, you intend buying it, in which case, read on, and hope your PC doesn't die on you.
